The Good News/Bad News Book
There’s good news and bad news,
which do you want first?
Some prefer the good news first
But then the bad makes them feel worse
So some say “let me have the bad,
And then the good will make me glad”
But I think I would much prefer the reverse.
There’s good news and bad news
But where should I start?
I guess I have no choice but to speak from the heart,
I woke up this morning, feeling quite smart,
Remembering today is your special day
The most uber-important kind, a birthday!
So I headed right down to Miss Carol’s Cupcake Cart.
